Sam Bromley Annual Youth Pheasant Hunt

Time: Registration 8:15-8:30 AM

Pick Up between 3:00 & 4:00 PM

Where: Start @ Sturgeon Bay Rod and Gun Club, then to 3250 Hoffman Road, for the hunt and ending at the Club grounds at 2571 County Road MM

Purpose: To teach beginning hunters to pheasant hunt.

Requirements: Age 11 thru 17 with hunter education and no pheasant hunting experience.

Usual Program:

Hunter Education Review – 1 Hour

Gun Safety – Oral and Practical Gun Handling

Carrying positions

Clothing

Hunter Responsibility – 1 Hour

Game Cleaning & Preparation – ½ hour

End – Refreshments & Departure (parent pick-up @ club grounds on Cty MM)
